Sunstone has a portfolio of revenue-producing properties located in the major markets of Canada. Since 2002, our Canadian funds have acquired 60 properties totaling $540 million and our US funds have acquired 6 properties totaling $129 million USD. Our initial two funds have been divested with annual yields of 18% and 36% respectively.
